crospy was an abuser of kids. revenge was carried out by those who? in turn badly burned him. he came back for revenge. then, in the ghost story at the end they say he is no longer living, that he is a spirit that continues reaping revenge. i wonder if wes craven saw this right before he wrote a nightmare on elm street???
