Interesting to note that, when the movie was put out on VHS, Embassy Home Entertainment, removed the original opening credits (which appeared on The Movie Channel back in 1985) and replaced it with the titles on the VHS box…

I’m old to remember when this was made (in fact, it was shot a couple of blocks from where I lived). Director Jones tried to do something a little different, but Roger Corman wasn’t having it. He told her to add lots more T & A or she would be fired. So, it’s not only her doing that this film ended up the way it did.

I think this movie is way better than everyone is giving it credit for. It manages to retain a level of creepiness through multiple viewings. It is a horror movie that hits all of the right marks. So great!

I think it’s hilarious that the killer is rocking a “Canadian tuxedo”.

I am working on a project around this movie, I like it so much.

I really dug this one. Other than the whole zero motivation for the killer thing, I felt it was a lot of fun, and moved along nicely, not really dragging anywhere.

One thing I love about this movie is its humor. Some great one liners.
Has the Reverned Jim Jones said shut up and drink your kool-aid!
